Shipping and Returns

Delivery is only made after confirmation of payment by the seller's bank.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the online form valid as an order form, the customer must ensure its accuracy.

Any package returned to the seller because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Except in cases of force majeure, delivery will be made, according to the method chosen by the customer, within the following time limits:

Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days PS: In case of stock shortage, the articles will be delivered with a delay of 2 to 3 weeks. You will of course be informed by e-mail in this case.


1. LATE DELIVERY AND DENUNCIATION

In the event of late delivery, the seller will inform the customer, who may withdraw from the contract and request reimbursement within 14 days of such withdrawal.

The full refund of the product and the delivery costs, or re-dispatch costs if applicable, will then be made.

Such termination of the contract shall be made in the following manner:

Any denunciation not carried out in accordance with the rules defined above and within the time limits specified above cannot be taken into account and will release the seller from any liability towards the customer.


2. VERIFICATION OF THE ORDER

If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, opened, the customer must check the condition of the products. If they have been damaged, the buyer must imperatively refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery note.

The customer must indicate on the delivery order, and in handwritten form, any anomaly concerning the delivery.

The verification of the products is considered to be carried out as soon as the customer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery order.

The customer must, if necessary, inform the seller of his reservations in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

Any reservation not made within the rules defined above and within the time limits specified above cannot be taken into account and will release the seller from any liability towards the customer.

Upon receipt of the complaint, the seller will assign an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and will communicate it by e-mail to the customer. 

3. DELIVERY ERROR

In the event of a delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in relation to the indications appearing on the order form, the customer shall file a complaint with the seller on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery.

The complaint can be made according to the following methods:

Any claim not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the time limits specified above cannot be taken into account and will release the seller from any liability towards the customer.


4. RETURN OF ORDER

The product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the seller in its entirety and in its original packaging, according to the following terms and conditions:

A product may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. A product may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. It must either be hand-delivered or sent to Dead Is Hype Bicycles at 6 rue Paul Bert in Grenoble 38000.

Any claim or return not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the time limits specified above will not be taken into account and will release the seller from any liability towards the customer.

Any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the seller in its entirety and in its original packaging. The return costs shall be borne by the customer.
